Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Hearthwood Pets. We carefully prepare and pack every order to ensure your pup receives their treats and toys in perfect condition.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Orders are typically delivered within:
- Perth Metro: 1–3 business days
- Western Australia (regional): 2–5 business days
- Interstate: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.
Please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” notification before visiting.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
Hearthwood Pets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control.

We will do our best to assist you in locating the shipment.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
